Carefully designed for kids of all ages, which incorporates fun games, interactive activities, and drills that allow for fun while practicing BJJ.

older Kids 
ages 10-14 mon-Thurs 6:00-6:50pm

A program designed for older kids. A strong emphasis on fundamentals, building foundations, and heavier conditioning. Includes interactive games, strength and conditioning drills, technique instruction, and sparring.

teens and adults
ages 15+ mon-thurs 7:00-8:00pm(+30 min open mat)

***New adult AM Class Tues & Thurs @ 9:30-10:30 am***

Provides warmups, advanced technique instruction, and extensive sparring. We cover in-depth analysis of situational positions and offense/counter offense from them, along with building upon essential fundamentals and creating unique systems. 
 

  • Train with men and women of ALL shapes and sizes 

  • Build a network of high-quality likeminded individuals

  • Learn in-depth and efficient old school and new school Jiu-Jitsu techniques
