A program designed for older kids. A strong emphasis on fundamentals, building foundations, and heavier conditioning. Includes interactive games, strength and conditioning drills, technique instruction, and sparring.

ages 15+ mon-thurs 7:00-8:00pm(+30 min open mat)

Provides warmups, advanced technique instruction, and extensive sparring. We cover in-depth analysis of situational positions and offense/counter offense from them, along with building upon essential fundamentals and creating unique systems.
